Site Track Pro Ltd, trading as SiteTrackPRO (company number 12551854, VAT number GB374259474), provides construction project management software for UK subcontractors. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. What we collect and why

Demo requests

When you book a demo we ask for your name, email address, mobile number and company name. We use these only to arrange and follow up your demo. The form is delivered to us by a form-handling service (Web3Forms), which passes your details to our email inbox. We keep demo enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up conversation.

Phone and email enquiries

If you call or email us, we use the details you give us to answer your enquiry.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and on what kind of device. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser, after which the banner will ask you again. Information stored in your browser

The website remembers your cookie choice, your light or dark mode preference and whether you have recently requested a demo. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Legal basis

We process demo and enquiry details because you have asked us to contact you (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our software. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website and respond to enquiries, such as our form-handling and email providers and, with your consent, Google Analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. The SiteTrackPRO app

This policy covers the marketing website only. Information processed inside the SiteTrackPRO application on behalf of customers is covered by the agreement between SiteTrackPRO and each customer.
