Q&A Sheets: Customisable to your needs. Whether its quality control, health & safety notices, inductions or daily day diaries you can create your own unique Q&A sheets. These can be completed on an adhoc basis or you can require site staff to complete certain Q&A sheets before booking work in and supervisors to complete certain Q&A sheets before approving work. Q&A sheets will automatically save to your back office. You can also attach as many email addresses as you want to each Q&A sheet so each time that Q&A sheet is completed your supervisors, back office, site agents or QS’s will receive each one for real time and regular updates.

Save Time Processing Wages: Price work book ins and day work timesheets are captured, building your wages pot in the background. When you're ready, you can easily generate wages, never having to receive an invoice again from your on-site staff.

Paperless Documents: Any PDF can be uploaded. Site plans, drawings, handovers, health and safety notices, and toolbox talks, all at your fingertips. Read receipts can be turned on for added peace of mind, so you know exactly who has viewed the documents at what time and date.

Day Work: A geo-fence can be set around your site, only allowing staff to clock in and out when within the ring. Accurate timesheets and wages are now produced as a result. If geo-location isn’t suitable, we have an option for staff to complete their timesheet(s) within the app.
